font-family: helvetica; color: #3366ff;\">El Juzgado Nacional de 1\u00b0 Instancia del Trabajo Nro. 63, concedi\u00f3 la medida cautelar interpuesta por la CGT y suspendi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 70 art\u00edculos Art\u00edculos de la Ley de Modernizaci\u00f3n Laboral.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Por lo tanto, queda suspendida la vigencia de la ley en esos art\u00edculos y el Estado Nacional, deber\u00e1 apelar la sentencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><b>Efecto Inmediato:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
