Las reducciones de Anticipos de Impuesto a las Ganancias reci\u00e9n, regir\u00e1 para ejercicios cerrados a partir del 31\/8\/23, teniendo efecto reci\u00e9n en febrero de 2024.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">A partir de ma\u00f1ana, para obtener el Certificado de Exclusi\u00f3n de Retenci\u00f3n y\/o Percepci\u00f3n del Impuesto al Valor Agregado\u201d, las personas jur\u00eddicas que revistan el car\u00e1cter de MiPyMEs, quedan exceptuadas de cumplir con el requisito de poseer saldo de libre disponibilidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Se dispuso adem\u00e1s que las Micro, Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas Tramo 1 y Tramo 2, determinen los 10 anticipos del impuesto a las Ganancias mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de un 10% (antes 1\u00b0 Anticipo del 25%, 9 restantes del 8.33%) , para los ejercicios iniciados a partir de agosto de 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La AFIP ha dispuesto facilitar el Certificado de Exclusi\u00f3n de Retenciones y Percepciones de IVA, a partir del 21\/7.
