La Confederaci\u00f3n General del Trabajo y la Uni\u00f3n Industrial Argentina firmaron un acuerdo que permite suspender a quienes no pueden desarrollar tareas asegur\u00e1ndoles un 75% del salario, como asignaci\u00f3n no remunerativa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

El acuerdo trata de generar un marco legal de homologaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica, como lo exige el Art. 223 bis LCT, reduciendo la contingencia que hasta hoy se produc\u00eda por ese incumplimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n

Se establece que el monto a abonar ser\u00e1 una prestaci\u00f3n o asignaci\u00f3n no remunerativa en compensaci\u00f3n por la suspensi\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n laboral, en el marco del aislamiento por el COVID 19, y no podr\u00e1 ser inferior al 75% del salario neto que le hubiere correspondido al trabajador en caso de haber laborado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, detallan que sobre este monto \u00abdeber\u00e1n realizarse la totalidad de los aportes y contribuciones por la ley 23660 y 23661 y el pago de la cuota sindical\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

De esta manera, buscan que aquellos acuerdos firmados entre empleados y empleadores que se encuentren dentro de las condiciones estipuladas – suspensi\u00f3n con pago del 75% o m\u00e1s – sean homologados en forma autom\u00e1tica. \u00abSolamente en esas condiciones o cuando se establezca un porcentual mayor, la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n homologar\u00e1 en forma autom\u00e1tica los acuerdos que se presenten\u00bb, reza el documento.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
