font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Es importante tener en cuenta lo siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Es exclusivamente para trabajadores despedidos sin justa causa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Tendr\u00e1n derecho a percibir el doble de todos los rubros indemnizatorios de la liquidaci\u00f3n final.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;
