{"id":74413,"date":"2018-10-19T09:21:14","date_gmt":"2018-10-19T12:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novait.com.ar\/iulianodemo\/afip-tramitacion-de-cuit-por-internet\/"},"modified":"2018-10-19T09:21:14","modified_gmt":"2018-10-19T12:21:14","slug":"afip-tramitacion-de-cuit-por-internet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novait.com.ar\/iulianodemo\/afip-tramitacion-de-cuit-por-internet\/","title":{"rendered":"AFIP: TRAMITACION DE CUIT POR INTERNET"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva; color: #3366ff;\">Ahora la CUIT y la Clave Fiscal se pueden tramitar en forma <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">digital<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por internet solo con el DNI digital.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">La obtenci\u00f3n de la Clave \u00danica de Identificaci\u00f3n Tributaria (CUIT) y la clave fiscal con nivel de seguridad 2, se puede tramitar online por internet,\u00a0sin obligaci\u00f3n de ir a una Agencia de AFIP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">A tal efecto, las personas humanas deber\u00e1n ingresar a \u201cInscripci\u00f3n Digital\u201d dentro de la Web de la AFIP y all\u00ed deber\u00e1n ingresar su CUIL o CDI y la clave fiscal correspondiente (en caso de no poseer clave fiscal hasta el momento<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><i>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes no pueden completar la inscripci\u00f3n en forma digital?<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Si te encontr\u00e1s comprendido en alguno de los siguientes casos, deb\u00e9s iniciar la inscripci\u00f3n digital y finalizarla en la dependencia:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">No ten\u00e9s DNI argentino y te encuentras tramitando la residencia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Dese\u00e1s inscribir una sucesi\u00f3n indivisa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Ten\u00e9s un DNI v\u00e1lido sin fecha de vencimiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Si sos menor de edad.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><i>\u00bfC\u00f3mo solicito la CUIT digital y la clave fiscal?<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">F\u00e1cil, s\u00f3lo ten\u00e9s que ingresar a nuestra p\u00e1gina web en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/serviciosweb.afip.gob.ar\/publico\/cuitOnline\/default.aspx\">\u201cInscripci\u00f3n Digital\u201d<\/a>\u00a0y seguir los pasos que te indica el sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">IMPORTANTE: este procedimiento podr\u00e1s realizarlo \u00fanicamente con DNI digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><i>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el DNI digital?<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Es un documento que cumple con los est\u00e1ndares de seguridad internacional y que cuenta con datos biom\u00e9tricos que resguardan y aseguran tu identidad. Pod\u00e9s identificarlo ya que posee n\u00famero de tr\u00e1mite y fecha de vencimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><i>Requisitos<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Domicilio real y fiscal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico y n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono (fijo y\/o celular)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Adjuntar en archivo digital el DNI (frente y dorso) y una fotograf\u00eda color del rostro (de buena calidad, alta resoluci\u00f3n, reciente, en fondo claro y de frente, sin lentes u otros accesorios que tapen la cara u orejas).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><i>Inconsistencias<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Si encontramos inconsistencias en los datos ingresados, se proceder\u00e1 a la limitaci\u00f3n de la CUIT y notificaremos la situaci\u00f3n en tu Domicilio Fiscal Electr\u00f3nico para que puedas corregirlas ingresando al servicio \u201cSistema Registral\u201d.
