color: #3366ff; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Se prorroga hasta el 1 de junio los plazos para adecuarse al \u201c Sistema para la R\u00fabrica de Documentaci\u00f3n Laboral en forma digital de la CABA \u201d\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 798\/18, la Subsecretar\u00eda de Trabajo, Industria y Comercio (SsTIC), de la CABA, <b>prorroga hasta el d\u00eda 1 de junio del a\u00f1o 2018 los plazos para adecuarse al <\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ignacioonline.com.ar\/2017\/12\/caba-nuevo-sistema-de-rubrica-de-documentacion-laboral.html\">\u201cSistema para la R\u00fabrica de Documentaci\u00f3n Laboral en forma digital de la CABA\u201d\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Adem\u00e1s, se establece que los empleadores cualquiera sea la modalidad de r\u00fabrica que utilicen e independientemente de la cantidad de trabajadores en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia que posean, podr\u00e1n optar por el sistema digital implementado mediante resoluci\u00f3n (SsTIC) 2623\/2017, el cual se encuentra vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Por \u00faltimo, <b>los saldos de hojas m\u00f3viles habilitadas podr\u00e1n ser utilizados hasta el 31 de mayo de 2018, <\/b>por lo que a partir de esa fecha los empleadores que entren en la obligatoriedad establecida en el art\u00edculo 1 de la presente, deber\u00e1n cumplir con las presentaciones digitales.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Sistema para la R\u00fabrica de Documentaci\u00f3n Laboral en forma digital de la CABA.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Por Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 2623\/17 de esa Subsecretar\u00eda se implement\u00f3 la plataforma web denominada \u201cSistema para la R\u00fabrica de Documentaci\u00f3n Laboral en forma digital de la C.A.B.A.\u201d para la presentaci\u00f3n de libros y documentaci\u00f3n laboral para los empleadores de la Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">A su vez, la mencionada Resoluci\u00f3n estableci\u00f3 un cronograma diferenciado seg\u00fan la cantidad de trabajadores que emplea cada empleador y la modalidad de r\u00fabrica utilizada, por medio del cual los empleadores implicados en dichos lineamientos deben adherirse al sistema;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
