La AFIP puede determinarlo de oficio.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Recordamos que la R.G. 4176-E, (BO: 26\/12\/2017), estableci\u00f3 -para aquellos sujetos que al 26\/12\/2017 tuvieran constituido su Domicilio Fiscal Electr\u00f3nico, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n sus autorizados para acceder a las comunicaciones electr\u00f3nicas, y que no hubieran informado una direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico y un n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono celular- la obligaci\u00f3n de registrar los mismos hasta el d\u00eda 28\/02\/2018, inclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Para ello, deber\u00e1n ingresar con \u201cClave Fiscal\u201d al servicio \u201cSistema Registral\u201d, men\u00fa \u201cRegistro Tributario\u201d, opciones \u201cAdministraci\u00f3n de e-mails\u201d y \u201cAdministraci\u00f3n de tel\u00e9fonos\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Si al 1\u00ba\/03\/2018 el contribuyente no hubiera informado los mencionados datos y la AFIP tuviera conocimiento de los mismos por otros medios de informaci\u00f3n, podr\u00e1 vincularlos de oficio al domicilio fiscal electr\u00f3nico, en cuyo caso el contribuyente podr\u00e1 modificarlos posteriormente.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antes del 28 de febrero, es\u00a0obligaci\u00f3n\u00a0registrar por cada contribuyente un\u00a0e-mail y un tel\u00e9fono celular\u00a0para recibir notificaciones.
