Adhesi\u00f3n al R\u00e9gimen de Regularizaci\u00f3n excepcional de obligaciones tributarias — Adhesi\u00f3n al t\u00edtulo I del libro II de la ley nacional 27.260.<\/span><\/h4>\n

La Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires, estableci\u00f3 por Ley 5.616, con alcance general, para los sujetos que se acojan al r\u00e9gimen de regularizaci\u00f3n excepcional previsto en la Ley 27.260 y en este T\u00edtulo y mientras el plan se encuentre vigente, la exenci\u00f3n y\/o condonaci\u00f3n de los recargos, multas y dem\u00e1s sanciones previstas en el C\u00f3digo Fiscal, que no se encontraren firmes a la fecha del acogimiento al r\u00e9gimen de regularizaci\u00f3n previsto en este T\u00edtulo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adicionalmente, han establecido topes a los intereses resarcitorios y\/o punitorios previstos en el C\u00f3digo Fiscal y un Plan de Facilidades de pago con distintas condiciones de pago, de hasta 90 cuotas para los contribuyentes en general, y de 36 cuotas para agentes de retenci\u00f3n y recaudaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Gobierno de la ciudad, deber\u00e1 emitir la normativa necesaria para la entrada en vigencia de esta normativa y la adhesi\u00f3n a dichos planes.<\/span><\/p>\n
