{"id":73088,"date":"2016-05-11T22:36:57","date_gmt":"2016-05-12T01:36:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/novait.com.ar\/iulianodemo\/pymes-anuncio-medidas\/"},"modified":"2016-05-11T22:36:57","modified_gmt":"2016-05-12T01:36:57","slug":"pymes-anuncio-medidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/novait.com.ar\/iulianodemo\/pymes-anuncio-medidas\/","title":{"rendered":"PYMES: ANUNCIO DE MEDIDAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #3366ff; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El Poder Ejecutivo Nacional impulsar\u00e1 medidas para el desarrollo de las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El PEN anunci\u00f3 que implementar\u00e1 una serie de medidas de apoyo a la PYMES, entre las que se destacan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Incremento de cr\u00e9ditos productivos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Diferimiento de 30 a 90 d\u00edas en el plazo de ingreso del IVA;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">PYMES de perfil exportador: se les extiende el plazo para el ingreso de divisas a 365 d\u00edas para todos los productos y posiciones arancelarias;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se elevar\u00e1n los umbrales de retenci\u00f3n de IVA y ganancias.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Tambi\u00e9n se enviar\u00e1 al Congreso un paquete de medidas legislativas con eliminaci\u00f3n de impuestos, incentivos fiscales para el fomento a las inversiones y m\u00e1s oportunidades de financiamiento, entre las que se destacan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Deducci\u00f3n de un 8% de la inversi\u00f3n del monto del impuesto determinado en ganancias sociedades, con topes en un 2% de las ventas. Para inversiones desde el 1\u00ba\/7\/2016 hasta el 31\/12\/2018, en bienes amortizables en el impuesto a las ganancias (bienes nuevos y usados y obras e instalaciones, excluye autom\u00f3viles);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Devoluci\u00f3n del IVA de las inversiones realizadas en el mismo per\u00edodo bajo la forma de un Bono de Cr\u00e9dito Fiscal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Eliminaci\u00f3n del impuesto a la ganancia m\u00ednima presunta para PYMES;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Permitir a las Micro y Peque\u00f1as Empresas una mayor compensaci\u00f3n del Impuesto a los Cr\u00e9ditos y D\u00e9bitos Bancarios que resulte de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la al\u00edcuota del 0,6% sobre las acreditaciones en Cuenta Corriente, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la al\u00edcuota del \u00a01,2% \u00a0sobre los montos acreditados en Cajas de Ahorro provenientes del dep\u00f3sito de cheques.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
