El nuevo acuerdo salarial 2016, exige el pago aunque no haya homologaci\u00f3n previa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En el d\u00eda de la fecha se han reunido las partes representativas de la actividad mercantil alcanzadas por el CCT 130\/1975 y suscribieron el nuevo Acuerdo de recomposici\u00f3n salarial, el cual se encuentra, a la fecha, pendiente de homologaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Del nuevo Acuerdo salarial se destacan los siguientes aspectos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Incremento salarial: se establece un incremento de los salarios b\u00e1sicos del 20% a partir de abril de 2016.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Gratificaci\u00f3n extraordinaria: se conviene el pago de una asignaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter no remunerativo de $ 2.000 a abonarse en dos cuotas iguales de $ 1.000, la primera de ellas del 1\u00ba al 7 de abril de 2016 y la segunda del 1\u00ba al 7 de junio de 2016.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Aporte a OSECAC: se dispone un aporte con destino a OSECAC de $ 100 por el plazo comprendido entre abril de 2016 y marzo de 2017 a cargo de los trabajadores que se encuentren afiliados a la obra social de la actividad mercantil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se se\u00f1ala que, a pesar de ser condici\u00f3n para la validez y exigibilidad del Acuerdo la homologaci\u00f3n por parte de la Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n, en caso de estar pendiente la misma y se produzcan vencimientos de plazos para el pago de los incrementos pactados, los empleadores abonar\u00e1n las sumas devengadas con la menci\u00f3n de \u00abpago anticipado a cuenta del Acuerdo Colectivo Abril 2016\u00bb, los que quedar\u00e1n reemplazados y compensados por los rubros correspondientes una vez homologado el Acuerdo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Convenio Colectivo de Empleados de Comercio, CCT 130\/1975.
