Es para responsables inscriptos y determinados sujetos, independientemente de su condici\u00f3n en el gravamen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan determina la RG (AFIP) N\u00ba 3793 B.O.: 10\/08\/2015, se prorroga hasta el 31\/3\/2016 la obligaci\u00f3n de emitir Factura Electr\u00f3nica por parte de los responsables inscriptos que se encontraban obligados a partir del 1\u00ba\/7\/2015 y de aquellos sujetos que independientemente de su condici\u00f3n en el gravamen tambi\u00e9n se encontraban obligados desde dicha fecha -RG (AFIP) N\u00ba 3749, T\u00edts. I y III-.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se prorroga hasta el 31\/3\/2016 la obligaci\u00f3n de emitir Factura Electr\u00f3nica por parte de los sujetos que realicen las siguientes operaciones -RG (AFIP) 3779-:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. a) Operaciones relacionadas con los operadores del mercado l\u00e1cteo por la \u00abLiquidaci\u00f3n Mensual \u00danica – Comercial Impositiva\u00bb -RC (AFIP – SAGPyA) 3347-311\/2012-.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. b) Operaciones relacionadas con la comercializaci\u00f3n de tabaco por el \u00abComprobante de Compra Primaria para el Sector Tabacalero\u00bb -RG (AFIP) 3382-.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. c) Operaciones efectuadas por representantes de modelos, agencias de publicidad, de promociones, productoras y similares -RG (AFIP) 2863-. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
