Vence el plazo para el re empadronamiento de sociedades en la Capital Federal<\/span><\/p>\n

El pr\u00f3ximo 30 de abril de 2015, vence el plazo para presentar la declaraci\u00f3n jurada de actualizaci\u00f3n de datos de sociedades ante la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Justicia (IGJ) de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.<\/span><\/p>\n

La obligaci\u00f3n aplica para todas las sociedades comerciales, entidades extranjeras, las sociedades que realizan operaciones de capitalizaci\u00f3n y ahorro y de las asociaciones y fundaciones que se hayan registrado ante la IGJ antes\u00a0del 20 de julio de 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n

En caso que no se presente la Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada en esa fecha, se prev\u00e9n sanciones para las sociedades y sus directores.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las sociedades que incumplan a esa fecha, no podr\u00e1n realizar presentaciones ante la Inspecci\u00f3n General de Justicia y formar\u00e1n parte del Registro de Sociedades Inactivas, que podr\u00eda concluir con su liquidaci\u00f3n o disoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
