font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La IGJ las puede pedir la liquidaci\u00f3n o disoluci\u00f3n de las sociedades que no cumplan con el reempadronamiento a esa fecha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La Inspecci\u00f3n General de Justicia (IGJ) cre\u00f3 un Registro de Entidades Inactivas (REI) y dio un ultim\u00e1tum hasta el 30 de abril a sociedades, asociaciones civiles y fundaciones para que cumplan con el reempadronamiento que la repartici\u00f3n lanz\u00f3 en 2010, con sucesivos alargues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Con la Resoluci\u00f3n IGJ 4\/2014, las entidades que hayan presentado la declaraci\u00f3n jurada del reempadronamiento, pero habiendo recibido observaciones, no hayan subsanado las omisiones o deficiencias, se encuentran imposibilitadas de concluir tr\u00e1mites registrales ante el organismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Los deberes son, adem\u00e1s de pagar esa tasa anual (hoy en un m\u00e1ximo de $ 2.500), presentar estados contables anuales, inscribir autoridades vigentes y cualquier modificaci\u00f3n a sus estatutos, enumer\u00f3 Panno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La misma Resoluci\u00f3n crea el Procedimiento de Cumplimiento con el objeto de permitir a las entidades incluidas en el REI, cambiar su estado luego de presentar todos los tr\u00e1mites que corresponden a las obligaciones impuestas por la IGJ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La IGJ podr\u00e1 solicitar a la Justicia la disoluci\u00f3n y liquidaci\u00f3n de las entidades incluidas en el Registro de Entidades Inactivas, remarc\u00f3 Panno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;
