El Gobierno reglament\u00f3 una ley  que suspendi\u00f3 por 120 d\u00edas todas las ejecuciones por hipotecas que reca\u00edan sobre  viviendas \u00fanicas, al mismo tiempo que lanz\u00f3 otro plazo hasta el 6 de marzo para  que los que a\u00fan no se inscribieron en el Sistema de Refinanciaci\u00f3n Hipotecaria  puedan acceder a ese beneficio. <br \/>As\u00ed quedaron parados los remates de los  inmuebles \u00fanicos y familiares de los deudores que s\u00ed estaban anotados en la  refinanciaci\u00f3n. <br \/>Seg\u00fan cifras oficiales, esta medida beneficia a 14 mil  deudores, de los cuales dos tercios corresponden a deudas privadas y la parte  restante a obligaciones contra\u00eddas con entidades financieras. <br \/>El decreto  52\/2006 que reglament\u00f3 dicha ley, la 26.062, fue firmado el 23 de enero \u00faltimo,  aunque reci\u00e9n se dio a conocer oficialmente ayer. <br \/>La nueva norma fija como  \u00faltimo plazo para ingresar al Sistema el 6 del mes pr\u00f3ximo, a trav\u00e9s de el  llenado de un formulario. <br \/>Sin embargo, dentro de los 90 d\u00edas, los deudores  deben presentar los documentos y constancias correspondientes para que puedan  ser admitidos dentre del refinanciamiento, donde el Banco de la Naci\u00f3n Argentina  act\u00faa como fiduciario. <br \/>Entre los requisitos m\u00e9s relevantes para acceder al  plan es que el deudor debe ser una persona f\u00edsica o sucesi\u00f3n indivisa y el  pr\u00e9stamo debi\u00f3 haber sido para adquirir, mejorar o ampliar la vivienda.  <br \/>Adem\u00e1s, establece que el monto original del pr\u00e9stamo no puede ser superior a  100 mil d\u00f3lares y tiene que haber entrado en mora entre el 1 de enero de 2001 y  el 11 de septiembre de 2003.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Deudores se beneficiaron con la suspensi\u00f3n de las ejecuciones  hipotecarias.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Buenos Aires, feb. 17 (NA) &#8212;
