El Banco Central ajust\u00f3 los pasos para embargar cajas de seguridad y cuentas de deudores impositivos <\/span><\/p>\n

iProfesional. El Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (BCRA) ajust\u00f3 los pasos que deben seguir las entidades financieras al momento de embargar cajas de seguridad o cuentas bancarias de deudores impositivos.<\/p>\n

La reformulaci\u00f3n del marco reglamentario vigente se dio a conocer a trav\u00e9s de la flamante comunicaci\u00f3n \u00abA\u00bb 5210, publicada en la p\u00e1gina web del organismo que conduce Mercedes Marc\u00f3 del Pont.<\/p>\n

El marco reglamentario del Central complementa la disposici\u00f3n 250, emitida oportunamente por la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP), que estableci\u00f3 que los inspectores deben implementar los embargos dentro de las siguientes 72 horas de conseguido el aval judicial<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Gast\u00f3n Vidal Quera, miembro del estudio Lisicki, Litvin & Asociados, precis\u00f3 a iProfesional.com que \u00abla reformulada reglamentaci\u00f3n deja en claro que, una vez ordenado por el juez el embargo de cuentas corrientes bancarias, fondos y valores depositados en entidades financieras, los agentes fiscales de la AFIP se encuentran legalmente habilitados para librar con su firma los oficios de embargo, ello con la misma fuerza que una orden emanada desde el Poder Judicial\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En lo que constituye un tema sensible a los contribuyentes que depositan su dinero y bienes en los bancos, Vidal Quera advirti\u00f3 que, entre las medidas que puede tomar la AFIP, se encuentra la pol\u00e9mica decisi\u00f3n de embargar las cajas de seguridad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
