Excluye a SOCIEDADES. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">A trav\u00e9s de la R.G. 3402, se establece que la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos proceder\u00e1 a la cancelaci\u00f3n de la inscripci\u00f3n, como empleadores, de los sujetos incorporados al \u201cSistema Registral\u201d cuando se constaten las siguientes situaciones:<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">I) Falta de presentaci\u00f3n de declaraci\u00f3n jurada (F. 931) de los \u00faltimos 24 per\u00edodos mensuales;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt; text-indent: -0.05pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">II) Falta de registraci\u00f3n de trabajadores activos en \u201cMi Simplificaci\u00f3n II\u201d;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt; text-indent: -0.05pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">III) Cancelaci\u00f3n de la inscripci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan corresponda, en:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt; text-indent: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">&#8211; el R\u00e9gimen Nacional de la Seguridad Social para trabajadores aut\u00f3nomos;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt 0pt 35.4pt; text-indent: -0.04999999999999716pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">&#8211; la totalidad de los impuestos y, en su caso, en el R\u00e9gimen Simplificado para \u00a0\u00a0Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt; text-indent: -0.05pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Quedan excluidos de este procedimiento las sociedades comerciales regularmente constituidas y los contratos celebrados conforme a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 2 de la resoluci\u00f3n general (AFIP) 3358.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt; text-indent: -0.05pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Por \u00faltimo, los empleadores que se encuentran en las condiciones mencionadas podr\u00e1n regularizar su situaci\u00f3n a fin de mantener vigente su inscripci\u00f3n, sin perjuicio de la aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones y de los intereses resarcitorio que pudieran corresponder, en el plazo que va desde el 23\/11\/2011 hasta el 1\/1\/2013, fecha en la cual entran en vigencia las disposiciones de la presente resoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\';\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<p> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"> <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0pt -0.05pt; text-indent: -0.05pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;\"><strong id=\"internal-source-marker_0.3189205618109554\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\';
