Se otorga un 24% de aumento sobre las escalas vigentes de las remuneraciones b\u00e1sicas, seg\u00fan el valor expresado para el mes de abril de 2013. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">El mencionado incremento se abonar\u00e1, no acumulativamente, de acuerdo con lo siguiente: <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">a) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Un 14% del total acordado, a partir del mes de mayo de 2013. <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">b) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Un 10% del total acordado, a partir del mes de noviembre de 2013. <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">2. Ambos incrementos se otorgar\u00e1n como sumas no remunerativas hasta el mes de enero de 2014, inclusive. En el mes de febrero de 2014 se incorporar\u00e1n en su totalidad a las escalas de salarios b\u00e1sicos de la actividad vigentes y a los valores expresados en las mismas para el mes de abril de 2013. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">3. Se constituye una comisi\u00f3n permanente la que se abocar\u00e1 al tratamiento de algunos temas pendientes tales como adicional por prestaciones y tareas en los d\u00edas domingo, trabajadores tercerizados, tiempo parcial y jornada reducida, tareas especializadas, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">4. FAECyS se compromete a gestionar una financiaci\u00f3n especial por deudas en concepto de cuotas sindicales a pagar en 24 cuotas a una tasa equivalente al 50% de las que percibe AFIP. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">5. Se convino la concertaci\u00f3n de un r\u00e9gimen de higiene, seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n en materia de riesgo de trabajo espec\u00edfico para la actividad. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Cuando el Acuerdo sea suscripto por las partes ser\u00e1 remitido inmediatamente por este mismo medio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap; text-decoration: underline;\">Metal\u00fargicos. Obreros, CCT 260\/1975. <\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Las partes que representan al sector metal\u00fargico firmaron el d\u00eda de ayer el Acuerdo que establece la pauta salarial aplicable a las ramas de la actividad regulada por el CCT N\u00ba 260\/1975 en todo el territorio nacional, con exclusi\u00f3n de las ramas Electr\u00f3nica y Autopartes de la Provincia de Tierra del Fuego.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-align: justify;\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">El citado Acuerdo establece un incremento salarial equivalente al 24% sobre los sala<br \/>\nrios vigentes al 31 de marzo, el cual se efectivizar\u00e1 en dos tramos, el primero retroactivo al mes de abril (17%), pero que se liquida con la 2\u00aa quincena de mayo, y el segundo a partir del 1\u00ba de julio (7%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Asimismo, se dispone el pago de una asignaci\u00f3n no remunerativa de $ 1.400, denominada \u00abgratificaci\u00f3n extraordinaria\u00bb, que se abonar\u00e1 en dos cuotas de $ 700 cada una, en noviembre de este a\u00f1o y enero de 2014, respectivamente. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong id=\"docs-internal-guid-6cdd91fe-b28c-5175-03f2-b610d222b3ed\" style=\"font-weight: normal;\"> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1;
