A trav\u00e9s de este instrumento ya se colocaron m\u00e1s de $195 millones entre 4600 empresas de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">La ministra de Industria, D\u00e9bora Giorgi, anunci\u00f3 que la cartera productiva reintegrar\u00e1 en efectivo hasta $130.000 sobre las inversiones que las PYMES realicen en la contrataci\u00f3n de asistencia t\u00e9cnica profesional que tenga como objetivo el aumento en la competitividad de las industrias; la iniciativa se enmarca en el relanzamiento del Programa de Acceso al Cr\u00e9dito y la Competitividad (PACC Empresas).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">Giorgi destac\u00f3 que \u201cestas herramientas expresan la voluntad pol\u00edtica de apoyar a las PYMES en procesos de agregado de valor que les permitan dar un salto exportador e introducir productos de nivel internacional al mercado interno\u201d. Y agreg\u00f3: \u201cHoy el mundo desarrollado atraviesa un proceso de ajuste, desempleo y desindustrializaci\u00f3n; en contraste, en nuestro pa\u00eds se implementa un modelo de industrializaci\u00f3n que acompa\u00f1a a las PYMES ofreci\u00e9ndoles instrumentos para desarrollarse y garantiz\u00e1ndoles favorables condiciones de mercado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap\n; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">Entre las actividades cubiertas se encuentran el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos, redise\u00f1os de plantas para optimizar la producci\u00f3n, certificaci\u00f3n de normas internacionales de calidad, y la elaboraci\u00f3n de estudios de mercado y estrategias comerciales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">Este programa ya coloc\u00f3 -en sus ediciones anteriores- aportes no reembolsables (subsidios) por m\u00e1s de $195 millones que fueron utilizados para aumentar la competitividad de m\u00e1s de 4600 PYMES de todo el pa\u00eds. Entre los rubros m\u00e1s frecuentes se encuentran las actividades de consultor\u00eda en calidad de productos (elegida por 1932 empresas), TIC\u00b4s (por 831), y producci\u00f3n y estrategia (seleccionada por 693 PYMES).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">Para esta nueva convocatoria 2013 el Ministerio de Industria aument\u00f3 el porcentaje m\u00ednimo a financiar que pas\u00f3 del 40 al 50% del proyecto, con una cobertura m\u00e1xima del 70% o $130.000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">Para alcanzar el m\u00e1ximo porcentaje a subsidiar las empresas deben estar encuadradas en los sectores productivos que forman parte del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Industrial Argentina 2020: alimentos, cuero y calzado, textil, foresto \u2013 industrial, automotriz y autopartista, maquinaria agr\u00edcola, bienes de capital, materiales para la construcci\u00f3n, qu\u00edmica y petroqu\u00edmica, medicamentos y software y electr\u00f3nicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: \\'Times New Roman\\'; font-size: 16px; white-space: pre-wrap; line-height: 1; text-align: justify;\">A su vez, cuentan con condiciones preferenciales para alcanzar el m\u00e1ximo ANR las empresas micro y peque\u00f1as y aquellas que est\u00e9n radicadas en las provincias que componen la Patagonia y el Norte Grande.<\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
